Weekend Retreats  Weekends are the perfect time to "come apart" for a while to give quality time to your spiritual life. Weekend retreats are available most weekends of the year. They begin on Friday night with supper and end after Mass on Sunday afternoon about 12:30 p.m.
Women's Weekend Retreats are the specialty of Sacred Heart Retreat House. Women from many parishes in Southern California (and even further) return to Sacred Heart year after year, once they have participated in their first retreat. We have Men's Weekend Retreats, Specialized Retreats such as Carmelite Spirituality and Contemplative Retreats, eight-day retreats for Women Religious, to name a few.
