Each weekend from September through November; and from January through May, we offer silent weekend retreats for women. They begin on Friday night with supper and end after Mass on Sunday afternoon about 12:30 p.m. We serve over 150 parishes from the Los Angeles Archdiocese, offering an annual retreat experience for women from these parishes. You are more than welcome to join us on any of these retreats. Formation Retreat: "The Beatitudes - Christ Himself Challenges the Church" For sisters in temporary vows, novices, and postulants Retreat Master, Rev. Frederick Miller December 26, 2010 - January 4, 2011 (8-day Retreat) The theme of the 8-day retreat will be "The Beatitudes - Christ Himself Challenges the Church." Fr. Frederick L. Miller, a priest of the Archdiocese of Newark, N.J and former spiritual director at the Pontifical North American College in Rome, is the Chairman of the Department of Systematic Theology at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland. His recent book, A Retreat in Ars, has recently been published by Ignatius Press.
